What is QuoteWerks?
QuoteWerks is sales quoting software that will save you time and money when quoting, selling, ordering, and purchasing products and services. It will help increase your quoting productivity by helping you to create detailed quotes with speed and efficiency.
QuoteWerks integrates seamlessly with existing contact management software such as ACT!, GoldMine, Maximiser and Outlook eliminating the need to re-type customer information that you already have in your preferred contact manager. If you do not currently use one of these contact managers, QuoteWerks has its own contact database that can be used.
QuoteWerks also links to accounting software such as QuickBooks and
Peachtree, which eliminates the need to re-type the sale in your
accounting software. A SAGE Line50 link is not available for UK customers.

Seamless integration with popular CRM packages.
When QuoteWerks pulls the contact information into your quote, our innovative DataLink feature can automatically pull other information into the quote such as terms, sales tax rate, customer profile etc. Customer profiles can be used by QuoteWerks to determine the appropriate pricing a particular customer should receive.
Personalise Print Layouts
You can personalise your print layouts with the built-in visual layout designer. Our advanced print layout designer allows you to easily insert data fields from your contact manager into the print layouts. Then, when you print the quote, QuoteWerks will pull data from the contact manager fields that you specified resulting in a printed quote that includes information from your contact manager contact record.
Create & Maintain your own products database
Create and maintain your own products database, and import product information from files that your vendors provide. If you are in the PC industry, you can link QuoteWerks PC Industry Edition directly to the offline product price guides of Ingram Micro, and Tech Data (no importing required). A real-time web pricing and availability module is also available for Tech Data.
