InstantGold - a new add-on for GoldMine that automates the process of entering an unlimited number of events into GoldMine, all triggered by a single click.
InstantGold uses the user.ini file to pre-define events. The event definition also includes an instruction about the next event to be created. This means that every event that is created / scheduled can have a 'next event' - thereby enabling you to daisy-chain-link an unlimited number of events in GoldMine.
For example, you can schedule a call for a sales account manager, schedule a follow-up action for a telesales operator, and update various fields on CONTACT1 and CONTACT2 – all in one operation.

Licencing
The licensing is concurrent and does not have to match the number of GoldMine licences. This means that if you have a 10 User GoldMine licence, you can buy any number of SquareGiraffe licences, which ANY users in your business (up to the maximum number of licences purchased) can use.
If you have GoldMine 6.7, 7 or Premium Edition, you can download your licence directly from the program.
If you have GoldMine 6.6 or below, your licence will be sent to you by email. The small 1KB licence files need to be copied to the folder where the GMW 5/6.exe file is.
